Manufacturers typically require their watches to be sold through authorized channels at full or near full list prices. We have established partnerships with direct authorized dealers and distributors, both in the U.S. and internationally, allowing us to purchase large quantities of goods throughout the year. In the rare event that an issue arises with your watch within two years of the purchase date, we kindly ask that you send it back to us. For minor issues such as regulation, battery changes, or similar concerns, we have contracted highly qualified professional watchmakers who can efficiently address these matters. Our watchmakers are authorized repair centers for many high-end watch manufacturers and will ensure that your watch is properly serviced, including water resistance testing. If a defect is determined to be of a more serious nature, we will coordinate the return of the watch to the respective manufacturer through our authorized dealers. Please note that repair lead times may vary; manufacturers typically take a minimum of 4-8 weeks for repairs, and this may extend if parts are back-ordered.

When the manufacturer’s warranty is included with the watch, we will also include the original authorized dealer endorsed warranty card. In such cases, any warranty service requirements will be handled directly between the consumer and the manufacturer.
