Refunds

Your refund will be processed to the same account or credit card that was used for the original payment. We aim to ensure a smooth refund process, and you can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 days after we receive your returned item. Bank Transfer

Harvey Store accepts direct bank wire transfers for both domestic and international orders. Customers who choose this payment method will receive a 3% discount on the total order amount.

Please note that orders paid via wire transfer cannot be completed directly through our online checkout. Instead, orders must be placed by phone or email. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order number along with the bank transfer details required to complete the payment.

This payment option is especially convenient for customers who do not have access to a credit card. Please keep in mind that international wire transfers generally require between two and four business days to be processed.
